When is a DVD being released?

From the Vimeo page (http://vimeo.com/8459878):

Quote
"Recording Josephine" showcases the personalities and recording process involved in the making of the album, "Josephine" by Magnolia Electric Company. The album was recorded at engineer Steve Albini's Electical Audio in Chicago.

A rough-cut of "Recording Josephine" was screened before a MEC show on 7/11/09 at Schuba's in Chicago.

For one week only (9/18-9/24, 2009), Pitchfork.tv exclusively streamed the 70-minute documentary on their website.

50 DVD copies (complete with custom, DIY style artwork created by Jason Molina & members of MEC) of "Recording Josephine" were sold during their Fall 2009 European Tour.

This Vimeo version of "Recording Josephine" is low-res.

I bought a physical copy of the Recording Josephine DVD release and I can't recommend it highly enough. It's really nice to own a copy, the documentary is brilliant, the artwork is really nice and the whole thing is properly packaged (printed disc, insert etc.). With only 50 physical copies of this being made I really think Ben has done us a favour offering it for sale at all, I thought the price was totally decent for what I got. I landed copy number 10 of 50 which is also pretty sweet. If there are any copies remaining, I'd recommend it to people who like to own something tangible when they buy music. It's a really nice piece of work.

Just got back from a trip to Texas to find number 3 waiting for me at home. Thanks, Ben! Can't wait to watch it on the TV...

Peace.

Mine was numbered on a fancy little card that came in the package rather than on the DVD itself...

Peace.

Got number 6.

Really nice to get the opportunity to buy something like this. And without having to overpay on Ebay.
